The July 2026 survey was conducted with the vessel out of the water. No engine, fuel, exhaust or water leaks were observed during the survey. The survey was a visual inspection rather than a detailed mechanical inspection.

Ownership & Care
My Happy Place is owned by only two families in its history. The previous owner purchased the new boat at a boat show in 1992, stored her in a boathouse and hauled her out each winter.
