This is a well-built 1993 Cruise A Home Corsair 42 that was custom built for the current owners. She’s a practical liveaboard cruiser with one-level living, good storage, and a spacious salon that makes daily life comfortable. Originally used as a dive boat, she has a solid, functional layout and has been steadily upgraded over the years. The boat is on a transferable mooring at Deep Bay Marina (south of Courtenay), which is a big plus if you’re looking for a ready spot.

She’s had a long list of meaningful upgrades including new Espar Hydronic heat, new hot water tank, new domestic water pumps, new Norcold fridge, new hardwood flooring in the rear salon and V-berth, new headliner and LED lighting throughout, new cutless bearings, new propellers, and more.
