The Fisher 30 Pilothouse was built by Northshore Yachts Great Britain and has been extensively upgraded over the last several years. Recent improvements include a new set of sails in 2016, a new marine head and holding tank, a hot & cold pressurized water system, an AC/DC refrigerator, LED lighting, new upholstery, insulated cedar cabin planking, and new mast wiring.

This boat offers wheelhouse comfort along with excellent seaworthiness. It is truly a go-anywhere vessel.

Designed by Gordon Wyatt and Freeman, this vessel features a thick fibreglass hull, superstructure and deck, recently rebedded aluminum window frames, full-keeled hull, skeg hung rudder, ample fuel and water tankage, adequate solar power, and mechanical wheel-steering in the pilothouse. With the upgraded insulation and multiple options for cabin heating this is a great year-round cruiser.

The setee has been converted to extend the galley for more storage and counter space. If desired the owner can revert this to become a seating/dining area.

A June 2021 Marine Survey is available to qualified buyers.
