Imagine
IMAGINE is an outstanding example of the iconic J/44, designed by Rod Johnstone and built by Tillotson Pearson Inc. (TPI) in Rhode Island. Constructed in Composite Reinforced Plastic (CRP) using resin-infused deck technology, she combines offshore strength and speed with a beautifully finished interior for extended coastal or blue-water cruising.
Professionally maintained and continuously upgraded with over $130,000 invested since 2018, she ranks among the best-kept J/44s in the Pacific Northwest. ABS-classified and ready to sail immediately, IMAGINE exemplifies the perfect balance between race performance and cruising comfort.
Construction & Rigging
Built in CRP composite with resin-infused decks, the hull and superstructure remain solid and fair with no blistering or delamination. Features include a fin keel, spade rudder, and 16 non-ferrous thru-hulls with marine-grade valves. Deck hardware comprises alloy cleats, chocks, double lifelines, and a dual-anchor bow roller.
The Awlgrip nonskid deck remains dry, fair, and in excellent condition.
