The sleek lines of this Sundancer 470 tell the story of its courtship between form and function. The combination of go-fast + luxury speaks to our wild hearts and our cultured natures. TAKE IT EASY is a meticulously maintained vessel in pristine condition, with many upgrades including flooring, a new tender, and more. She has been well cared for, regularly serviced, and the engines have only 700 hours on them! She was outfitted with the upgraded power package which puts out 480HP on each engine, enabling her to cruise up to 39 mph. The cockpit was designed for comfort and entertaining with ample seating, a wet bar, and a sunpad. The galley/saloon area is where the chef will love to be, and where everyone settles in for long visits and fine feasts. There is a large master stateroom forward, and a 2-berth/or 1 queen stateroom aft. The functionality, versatility, and elegance was designed to impress.
She’s located in Coal Harbour Marina, Vancouver, BC. She will not last long on the market, so act now.

Aft is a large platform that holds a dinghy. A sunpad is forward of that. To port is a walk-through into the cockpit.
To port, there is a wet bar with stove, sink, icebox, countertops, and cupboards. To starboard is a large U-shaped settee. Forward of the wet bar is a companion chair. Forward of the settee is the helm. Between the companion chair and helm is the centreline companionway with slide-aside translucent door.
Interior aft is a stateroom with 2 single berths that can be made into a single queen berth. It has its own head, shower, and vanity. Midships is the galley/saloon. Forward is the Master Stateroom.
Zeus drives individually articulating pods that offer up to 15 percent better fuel economy and 15 percent faster top speeds than regular inboards. Plus, the Zeus-equipped 43 Sundancer provides a more comfortable ride because gear noise and vibration are significantly reduced.
Forward, the anchor locker can be accessed through 2 large hatches. A double chaise lounge sunpad is on the foredeck. Safety rails surround the deck and along the cabin, easing down onto the transom, for safety and ease of walking past the cabin and into the cockpit. Inset into the hull sides are several portholes. The cabin has well-slanted windows for the aerodynamics of a bullet.
The cockpit is a playground. It’s covered with a hard top with 2 skylights. To port is a mini-galley with a sink, stove, counter, and cupboard. To aft and starboard is seating for a LOT. The backrests of the settee along the transom can open onto another large sunpad, so sun worshipers can lay out in all their glory. To port is a gated walk-through onto the transom platform.
The swim platform holds a 1-year-old (2022) Walker Bay tender with a 30HP Tohatsu outboard. Release the lines, lower the platform with the touch of a button, and float the tender away, pick up the crab traps and bring home lunch.
Forward of the cockpit galley and settee are a companion seat and the helm, respectively. The companion seat is designed so that you can sit facing forward, sideways, or reclining facing aft.
The helm to starboard seats 2 comfortably. The throttle and joystick are to the right. The wheel is gleaming wood. The control panel rivals a small aircraft, with Raymarine chart plotter, radar, aft-facing camera display, autopilot, VHF with MMSI, tunes, and all things that make running a great boat easy.
Centerline entry stairs drop you into the lap of luxury. To port is a long galley, with 2 skylights and plenty of light, cherry flooring, gleaming cherry wood cabinetry, modern full-sized appliances, a large stainless-steel front-opening fridge/freezer, and everything a chef needs to feed their people. To starboard is a long bench settee of cream coloured Ultraleather. When sitting back, you can choose to visit with others, or lower the 26-inch flatscreen HDTV that is recessed into the headliner. The overall effect of this space is one of bright spaciousness. It’s a place that people will want to be.
Aft of the galley is a stateroom with 2 single berths that can be joined to make 1 queen sized berth, so it’s perfect for kids or grown-up guests. Along with a hanging locker, overnighters here will appreciate a private head and shower. The vanity is separate and includes a solid-surface countertop, mirror, sink, and ample storage.
Forward of the galley, separated by a shoji-panelled sliding door, is the Master Stateroom. It has a large island bed for ease of entry on either side. From that comfort, owners can watch the flatscreen HDTV with remote DVD player. You will be amazed at the under-berth storage, gunwale cabinets, two hanging lockers, and in-sole storage. You’ll also love the individual head and shower compartments, port and starboard, both with tile flooring.
