Boat Description

Welcome aboard.  Enter from either the starboard or port side. You are instantly pleasantly surprised by the overall condition of this great Taiwanese yacht. The big walkaround decks lead fore and aft with tall handrails that give you that sense of comfort.  You know the kids will be safe.

There are several kinds of boat owners that you want to buy a boat from: 1. Engineers 2. Those will blank chequebooks and 3. Pilots.  You know that in all three of these categories the boat has to be in top condition.  All of the mechanics have to work, all of the cosmetics are addressed and the boat is ready to go.

Step through the stainless steel cladded pilothouse door into the salon (on both sides). Your eyes are treated to a beautiful teak interior that glistens.  The teak walls and the teak and holley floors are flawless.  As you enter from the starboard side, the lower helm station is immediately in front of you.  There is a classic teak destroyer wheel.  The main salon is very expansive.  The large windows flood the boat with natural light.  The boat’s cosmetics have been massively and tastefully redone to the most discerning eye.  The counter top at the helm and at the kitchen counter have been redone with a scalloped design.  The bar was redone in granite

Go down the steps to the galley on your right.  All of the appliances have been upgraded NovaKool fridge, Dickenson Mediterranean 3 burner and oven.  A new dishwasher installed for cleanups.  The chef is never excluded.  The entire galley is open to the salon.

Continuing forward to the guest stateroom.  The v-berth is very comfortable for two.  Lots of leg room well over 6′.  You have your own private head with electric flush toilet and shower.  There are tons of drawers under the bed and a hanging locker

Moving back to the salon you are invited to sit on the newly upholstered settee on the starboard side.  Note the leather-wrapped arms.  The expanding teak table converts from a coffee table to a full size table.  The wood blinds let in a gentle light or when opened the entire boat is flooded with light.  On the port-side at the head of the staircase is a 14 bottle wine fridge.  The espar heat warms the entire boat.

Down to the owner’s berth.  The massive fulll queen bed is on a diagonal.  Both staterooms close down for complete privacy.  The teak work in the master is impressive.  On the starboard side is a huge bank of cupboards and drawers.  There is beautiful vanity and make up station for preparing when it is dinner and cocktail time.  Immediately to the right of the vanity is a lovely built in chair.  Long chrome reading lights on both sides of the bed invite you to lounge a little bit longer or go to be a little bit earlier.

There are two huge hanging lockers.

The master head has an electric head.  The counter tops are marble. The basin is square porcelain.

The dedicated shower is in a gorgeous tile with a chrome rain shower head and soap dish.

Back up to the salon and two more steps up to the Hard-top covered sun deck.  There are removable curtains to give you complete privacy.  Hang out as long as you want staring at the ocean with your favourite libation and appetizers.

Up 3 more steps and you are on the flybridge level.  The L-shaped settee is on the port side.  Completely re-upholstered with and eye popping piping.  There is an opposing settee on the starboard side.  The twin captain seat reverses so that the captain and first mate are facing aft with your other guests when not driving the boat.

Heading outside to the stern of the boat you will note a Marlon aluminum tender on a Sea-Wise davit system.  On the transom is an engine mount.

On the side decks you will love the teak handrails and stainless steel stanchions.  You are impressed with the height of the rails and know everyone is safe and secure.  Going forward to the bow, you will find two huge storage cupboards – one is a vented propane locker.  The windlass and Rochna anchor complete the bow.

The engines are twin Cummins 6BT 215 HP each at 2500 rpm.  The boat is comfortable cruising at 8 knots sipping fuel or can run up to 18knots when urgency is required.

At rest or at sea you can see the quality and tasteful updates.  At the docks you will be proud to own this boat.

Come and see for yourself.
