Nellie H comes with assumable moorage and boathouse at Fresh Water Marina in Campbell River, BC

There is only 1000 hours on the Lehman diesel engines after rebuild and she runs great.

A complete set of cushions for seats and beds come with the vessel and are kept in dry storage for the winter.

This is an exceptional boat that is built solid and has lots of life left. A real piece of nautical history.

Full Disclosure

The current owner was in the middle of some minor maintenance on the port cabin wood and fiberglass.

This is almost complete, but due to personal issues is unable to complete the repairs and the vessel is being sold “as is” at a huge discount on a “first come” basis.

A professional carpenter has already done the wood work and only fiberglassing is left to do for this repair.

The boathouse is perfect for this work and all materials are already purchased and will be included.
