Description

This boat has been spoiled! She got a NEW inboard 275 HP MerCruiser in 2019, the warranty is still good until March. She got a NEW 20hp outboard in 2020 with controls at the helm and on a fob. She got a NEW bow thruster in 2020! And in 2021, she got a fully remote-controlled ground tackle system. Like that wasn’t enough, within the last 3 years she got a completely renewed DC system, new VHF, new toilet, new 6-gallon hot water tank, new galvanic isolator, and a new smokin’ hot Kenwood AM/FM stereo system with Bluetooth and is Sirius XM Satellite ready. Spoiled, yes, but not a brat.

Home away from home, only with a 360° water view—perfect. This boat is wonderfully liveable. Her cockpit is full-beam giving you all the space you could ask for, whether you’re fishing, having lunch with the kids, or enjoying sundowners with friends. The interior is clean and cozy and easy to be in. With good headroom and ample seating, she feels surprisingly large for her size. It’s so easy to spend time on this boat, you’ll have her out every weekend.

Oh—and with management’s approval, it comes with moorage at the West Bay marina in Esquimalt. (i.e., Unicorn)

Layout

Boarding is done from the swim grid. The new outboard is mounted on the port side and the door to the cockpit is located to starboard. As you step into the fully enclosed cockpit, to port is a seating area for 4 with a table. The new engine is underneath that. To starboard is a counter with a sink and fold-up table (with storage under that). Moving forward, a bench runs along the port side. There is a backrest that can be flipped to accommodate a seated aft-facing passenger or a forward-facing lounging passenger. To starboard is the helm. 

The companionway is shaped like stairs, so when it is closed, you can step up, open the window, and step onto the foredeck. Open the door and you can step down into the main cabin. 

To the left (port side) you’ll see the full galley: single sink, alcohol/110 V  stove, 12/110V fridge. To the right, you’ll see a door to the head. Stepping down and forward, you’ll see another counter just forward of the head with storage below and a microwave above. A cream-coloured settee wraps around the bow on both sides creating a comfortable V of seating around a table. Drop the table and rearrange some cushions and you have a double bed.

Turning around, to starboard (now your left), open the door and see a pristinely clean and efficient head, with a basin, new manual toilet, shower, and opening porthole. To port, you’ll see that just aft of the galley is a low opening to access a double bed located underneath the cockpit.
