Louisa

Louisa is a much loved and cared for boat.

If you a familiar with Uniflite’s, you know their strengths and their weakness.

This boat has the pox and wears them with pride.  The owners have maintained Louisa to the highest standards and it shows.

The first thing you notice is how beamy the boat is – at 12’8″, there is a lof of room.

The galley is on the portside equipped with a Princess Electric stove and cooktop.  A large stainless steel sink is in the centre and a new Novacool fridge.

Ahead of the galley is the lower helm station.

On the starboard side is a large L-shaped settee and table.  The settee pulls out to provide another berth.

Down the steps.  Two bunks on the Right Hand Side and the Head on the left.

The forward V-Berth is a great climb in bed.

All the fabric has recently been updated and the woodwork gleams

OUTSIDE

The back cockpit is huge.

Climb up to the flybridge.  The Uniflite Monogrammed Chair sits in the middle flanked by daysleeper chairs on each side.
