LAFS

Enjoyed for 24 years, the owner of this classic Catalina 27 is selling LAFS. As a long-standing member of the Canadian Forces Sailing Association, he’s used the boat for around-the-marks racing as well as cruising the Gulf Islands. Now, it’s time for someone else to take the helm.

The Catalina 27 is one of the most popular sailboats ever made, with 6,662 built. There’s a reason for that. According to John Kretschmer, “It offers good sailing, comfortable accommodations, one-design fleets, and active owners’ groups.”

This specimen sports a 2019 Mercury 9.9HP outboard, electric start, side-mount controls, with less than 20 hours on it. Yeah. It has a standard rig, 4’ draft, with an outboard, so it’s pretty quick. Its PHRF rating is 110. Plus, it’s loaded with tools and extras for you.

Give me a call – Trina Holt 250.818.4658 or email trina@calibreyachts.com – and I’ll give you a showing of this sweet classic.
