Patience

The Nordic 40 is a Robert H. Perry design. When these were being built, no one was building a better sailboat. The Nordic 40 standard equipment was top notch. She is a performance offshore vessel, ready to take on many challenges and adventures that you are planning.

You will quickly realize how roomy she is and what a great sailing vessel. Patience has a deep-draft fin keel giving her superior windward ability. With large fuel tanks and fresh water, you have a vessel that is ready to explore. All halyards and reefing lines run back to the near perfect cockpit. The sails have all been cared for and upgraded if required. (excellent condition!)

Patience is in excellent condition and it would be a mistake not to look at her. The interior accommodations have all been updated with nice fresh fabrics. The electronics have been updated as well. A beautiful galley enhances the experience while you cruise. She is a gem!

It would be my pleasure to get you onboard for a personal viewing.
