Grand Banks 42 EU, 1995 or newer, well equipped in good condition. The buyer is upgrading but does not need to sell his boat first. If you have the right boat, the offer will contain only standard subjects; survey, sea trial and mechanical.
Nordic Tug 42 in good condition. The buyer is travelling this summer but will be in the market in the fall. If we find him the right deal, he will move on putting an offer on the boat right away.
The client has cash and ready to buy late model, (2000 and newer) Camano 31. It must be clean and ready to go. Ideally it has good electronics and good dinghy package.
